I am insanely happy with this. I hadn’t realized just how much food and paper waste I was discarding. Now it’s all going to a good cause and my landfill trash can is nearly empty.  I’m so glad that you are providing this service.

We LOVE the compost service! We initially had a huge outdoor compost pile, but our yard was too small, and it was creating problems with smell and rodents because we weren’t turning it properly.
Then we had an expensive indoor composter which I hated, because it was a big hunk of plastic that kept breaking, making noise, using energy, and requiring a subscription to keep running.
Then we threw everything away for a while which stank up the kitchen garbage and broke our hearts.
This is the perfect answer — local, convenient, and we feel good about being back to composting.

Why Choose Community Composting?

Unlike large-scale composting, community composting keeps the benefits right here, adapting to local needs, available space, and sustainability goals. It’s an easy, impactful way to care for our planet—starting in your own city!

Community composting is all about keeping it local—food scraps are collected, composted, and returned to local soils, reducing waste while supporting the environment.

It’s a powerful way to:
♻️ Reduce landfill waste by diverting food scraps
🌎 Cut greenhouse gas emissions from decomposing organic matter
🌱 Improve soil health with nutrient-rich compost
🏡 Support local sustainability by closing the loop on food waste

Signing up for composting is one of the better things I’ve done. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.
