When I was a young girl, I loved baking with my mom—scooping flour, rolling dough, and especially sneaking a lick of the beater. Those simple moments sparked a lifelong love of baking.

Now I get to share that same joy with my own children. Whether we’re making Christmas cookies, birthday cakes, or a special dessert just because, my kids know the comfort of something truly homemade.

Day in and day out, though, our favorite is still sourdough bread—warm from the oven, with a crackly crust and a soft, tangy crumb.

And yet, for so many families, good bread is hard to come by. Grocery store loaves are convenient, but often lack flavor, freshness, and care. Great bakery bread can be hard to find in South Bend.

That’s why I started my microbakery: to offer a source of fresh, naturally leavened sourdough made with patience, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of heart. So you can bring home bread that tastes homemade—without having to make it yourself.
