In a hurry, farm fresh curry

Introducing our delicious curry paste, a secret ingredient that takes your dishes to the next level! Made with fresh local ingredients, this authentic blend of herbs and spices brings the flavors of Southeast Asia right to your kitchen. Our curry paste is a burst of color and aroma, making any dish irresistible.

*Curry paste is a concentrated blend of herbs, vegetables and spices. Hannah and I highly recommend tempering the spices with coconut milk and/or broth.

Whether you're making a vegetable curry, marinating chicken, or stir-frying veggies, our curry paste is versatile and easy to use.

This recipe uses our pre-chopped, locally grown vegetables so you can make curry in less time than it takes to cook rice. Feel free to substitute other vegetables.

Before you begin the curry, start your rice in a rice cooker according to manufacturer instructions.

In a Hurry Curry:

1. Heat pot with oil (I used coconut oil in mine)

2. Cook and brown your choice of protein (I used chicken)

3. Sunchoke Farm's stir fry veggies, curry paste, and coconut milk (I also used the mushroom broth as well)

4. Once your protein has brown, add your stir fry veggies.

5. Cook down veggies and add 2 T of curry paste (based on your preference)

6. Heat your curry paste to release the spice flavor

7. Add coconut milk let simmer

8. Season with your choice of salt, tamari, soy sauce, or fish sauce

9. Eat with side of rice and microgreens
