How to make Kimchi Fried Rice

Hannah Makes Kimchi Fried Rice:

In the above video, Hannah shows how to make kimchi fried rice. She uses pre-cut stir fry veggies, but you can also use the pre-cut “soup starter” veggies (carrots, celery, onion), or you can cut up your own vegetables. Hannah says the key to a good fried rice is to let the veggies, rice, and kimchi get just a little crispy on the edges. We love to top the fried rice with microgreens for an element a freshness that contrasts beautifully with the slightly spicy kimchi.

Hannah makes all of our kimchi with our organically grown produce, just like she learned from her mother growing up. It’s authenically tasty whether you enjoy it in fried rice, spring rolls or as a condiment.
