Hi. I’m Susan.

I am a certified life coach specializing in woman’s mental well-being especially as it pertains to motherhood.

I am not a medical doctor, midwife or psychiatrist and my services are not a replacement for standard medical care.

I am a mindset coach, small business owner and mother of nine living children. I’ve experienced two miscarriages, varying degrees of post-partem depression, severe morning sickness, gestational diabetes, c-section, v-bac, homebirth, hospital birth, being misunderstood, being belittled and also being uplifted by supportive people inside and outside of the medical field.

Having gone through this transiton nine times, I understand that it is different every time for every person - sometimes it’s harder, sometimes it’s easier.

Our society doesn’t offer much mental health support for these natural hormonal changes. You need a mindset coach to help you through this pivotal time.
I’m here for you.

You have an OB for medical support,
and a doula for birth support…

I provide support for your mental health
through practical tools, techniques and 1 on 1 coaching so you can show up as your best self in the next great chapter of your life as Mom.

Please know that it’s okay to cry.

This is normal. Your emotions are here to help you, not hurt you.

It’s okay to feel anxious or unsure or worried.

We’ll work together to calm that thought that is telling you that you have to watch the baby breathe when they sleep or you have to do the dishes.

I’ll teach you how to process your emotions so you can think from a place of clarity, not moodiness or fear.

I’ve been there. I understand and I can help.
